Italia Ceramica’s exclusive STRESS FREE© (Fast Returns Easy & Effortlessly) Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase and it’s important for us to ensure your full satisfaction. You may return any UNUSED item within 30 days for a refund, credit or exchange.

In the return of your purchases, please be careful when shipping back this delicate merchandise. Use all Italia Ceramica’s original packaging materials and always “double box” every single item, just as you received it. Packages must be shipped freight pre-paid and fully insured.

Should you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 5 (five) days from merchandise receipt. We will place the insurance claim with the carrier, and an exchange/replacement will be promptly sent to you - no questions asked, but return authorization is required.

S&H (Shipping & Handling) Costs are not refundable, but you will NOT be responsible for return shipping fees if your items were damaged in the original shipment or if we sent you the wrong item(s). Gift Certificates are issued when the merchandise, received as a gift, is returned by the recipient.

Our policy is designed to be as simple and as STRESS FREE© as possible. All you need to do is follow the process for merchandise return:
1. We accept returns/exchanges for 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. All returns/exchanges must be in NEW condition, complete with original box, packing materials, etc. If you send us a return/exchange which is not complete, a restocking/repackaging fee will be charged. Also, if merchandise is received in damaged or broken condition, it will be customer's responsibility to initiated the proper damage claim with the shipping company, as we do not issue credit on damaged mercahdise.
3. We can send you a shipping label to make the return/exchange process easier, or you can choose to handle return shipping yourself. In either, you must call us to receive a return authorization.
4. Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
