Orders are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt after credit card authorization and shipped from our Florida and Massachusetts warehouses. Shipments leave our warehouse on weekdays. We maintain an extensive inventory and strive to fully stock all items at all times. All our products are hand-made and highly crafted at a number of small artisan shops in various locations in Italy. At times, especially during great demand, some items may be temporarily out of stock. We are constantly replenishing and updating our inventory on a daily basis. Should any product be temporarily out of stock we will promptly contact you to arrange an alternate delivery date. Although stock availability for each product is generally immediate or within 1 week, you can also contact our "Customer Service Desk" USA toll free at 1-866-ITALIA1 (1-866-482-5421) or outside USA 00+1508-435-0220 and we will be able to advise you on an accurate delivery date.
Standard (ground) delivery time within the USA is 5 to 10 business days. Express delivery charges are applicable to air shipment for orders destined to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We ship anywhere in the world … call us for a quote for delivery to International destinations.
Rush Delivery
For an additional $15 per address, we can ship most orders received by 12:00 noon Eastern Time to arrive in 2-3 business days. There are additional charges for orders with multiple boxes, large or bulky items and for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Overnight delivery is an additional $25 per address (only guaranteed if placed by 12:00 noon Eastern Time). Rush delivery may not be available to locations outside of the USA, as well as to APO/FPO addresses, and PO. boxes. Please check with customer service if you have any additional questions
Returns & exchanges:
Returns are received in one of two locations in either our Massachusetts or Florida fulfillment centers depending on specific warehoused inventory items. Please call for properly addressing returns and exchanges.
